Cougar Dress All is a water based, water repellent dressing that restores the luster of vinyl, rubber, plastic and leather. It produces a satin (natural) gloss, non-slippery, lint free shine and contains a cherry fragrance. Because of it's water based formulation, this product is also great for shining engines and fender wells too.
